When you place an order with us, we ask for your contact information (your name, shipping & billing address, phone number, email address, billing information). We use this information to process your order, to send you updates on your order status, and to get in touch with you if we have trouble processing your order. In addition we ask for your email address so we can contact you periodically regarding special offers or products we think you might be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.

Order Confirmation
We will email you an order confirmation to the email address you provide on your order form.
Shipping
We ship via UPS.
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
A tracking number for your order will be emailed to you once your item is picked up for delivery.
Sales Tax
Only residents in the state of North Carolina incur sales tax for online orders.
Turn-Around Time
Most orders will ship within 72 hours of being placed. After an order has shipped, it may take from 1-5 business days to deliver depending on your geographic location.
Returns
You may return your unused product for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of a defective product(s), we will be responsible. For shipping costs associated with non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases.
